Hi, im looking to buy or adopt a new dog for my family, a french bulldog, im sending lots of mails to rescue places on my area and some other for dogs for sale, in my search i got this mail from Emma Tuub ([email protected]) i didnt remember wich kennel or breeder and i know why ...lol just because i didnt send her anything! i dont know where o how get my mail and my interest for a dog and i almost 100% sure she or he want to scamming. Here is the mail.

Thanks for the email as of the interest you have shown towards my gorgeous babies. They are still available and ready to go , 12weeks 4days old is their age. They are AKC and KC registered, DE-wormed, taking all shorts and vaccines up to date. I will not like to see my puppies ending up in an irresponsible home, but were they will be welcome, loved and cared for by every member of the family. Like you hard seen on the advert, i am giving my babies out for adoption. Will i say you are a little bit late or what, cos i just left the city about 30munites ago, i am on my way to Prince Edward Island for my new job. I am replying you with my laptop from the plan, and by the time you will be going through this mail i must have arrive (PEI).
Will i say you are unfortunate or what, but all hope is not lost yet, cause we are in the 21first century, which every thing is possible. What do i mean by saying that? that is, i can have the puppies transported to you back there, what do you think?. Why this cuties are for adoption and not for sale you might ask. Like i mention earlier, i am going to (PEI) for my new job, and this job will be taking about 10hours of my time every blessed day, and i am a celibate, so as you can see there will be no one at home while i am at work to take care of this puppies. So tell me which real, i mean which real human that has feelings would allow two babies like that at home all by them self for ten hours every day, that is pets abuse i must say.
Something just cross my mind some minutes ago, after i hard gone through your mail, that i should call the pets carriers and ask if the puppies were still there, so i can talk to them and stop the transportation so you can go and have them, but unfortunately they told me the puppies hard already left for (PEI), sorry about that. Now that things are this way, i guess transportation will be the best and chipper option, cause if you say you will be coming to pick them up from (PEI), that will cost you more, than if i have them transported to you from there. So if transportation is OK by you, then the following information will be needed from you, cause they are the same information i provided the carriers back there for them to have the puppies transported to my new place in (PEI)..Here goes the required information.
_ Your full names.
_ Your house address.
_ Your postcode.
_ Your county.
_ Your mobile #.
_ Your land line #.
_ Your E-mail address.
Note that, the above mention information you will be providing, will be the address the agency will be transporting the puppies too, so you make sure you give the correct address for a successful delivery to your home. When i have this information, i will be taking the puppy or puppies, that's if you will be interested in having the both of them, to the pets carriers when i arrive (PEI), and book a flight reservation for the puppy(s). You will have to promise me, of sending me up date photos of the puppy(s).

TRANSPORTATION FEE.
Cost for a puppy to be transported to you is: $213.
Cost for the two puppies to be transported to you is: $320.

Note that, you are to pay me nothing, so all you are to pay for is the transportation fee as mention above. Looking forward to your reply.

Thanks

Here is when i didnt believe it was true

1)... I am replying you with my laptop from the plan, and by the time you will be going through this mail i must have arrive (PEI).... Is not wi fi at flights!
2)...i am giving my babies out for adoption... i Knew there it was weird the only places i mailed about puppies was rescue agencies and i didnt search at buyandsell.com like she said in the next mail.
3) all the information she is already asking.

Then i decide to fool around with this next backs and forwards

I'm no expert at this (yet) but here is my take on it.

1) As you pointed out, the grammar is very typical of that used by scammers.
2) They are asking you to put money upfront for something you have not yet seen (I can give you lots of pictures of dogs) and provide it to someone you have not met.
3) Most things that sound too good to be true, are.

If you can post the full headers of the e-mail, I'm sure one of the experts here will be able to tell you exactly where they are e-mailing from.

Even if this does turn out to be legitimate (which I HIGHLY doubt) you are very wise in being cautious about this.

You are absolutely right in thinking this is a scam. Pet scams are pretty common, and bulldogs and yorkies are the favored breeds. This is 100% textbook puppy scam.

The scammer is in Africa (most likely Cameroon, as that is where most pet scams are centered. If "she" (more likely "he" in reality so I will use he from here on) is not hiding behind a proxy, you might be able to check his IP and verify what country he is in. Don't be fooled by the yahoo.CA -people can get an account from yahoo.ca from anywhere in the world. )

The photos he sent you are simply taken from a website, most likely a real breeder's site. There are literally thousands of photos that aren't watermarked to choose from. He has no puppies. He might disappear now due to your questions (if he thinks he won't be able to con you) but if he has a big enough ego (and many scammers do) he will continue by sending you fake paperwork. Ultimately you will be told to send money via Western Union or Moneygram to the "shipping company." He might point you to a real or fake shipping company website, but if he points you to a real website, the real company will never see your money. If you paid the shipping fees, just as he was about ready to ship the puppies, another emergency would come up--a certificate would be missing, insurance would be needed, etc. requiring another small sum of money. This same pattern would continue until he reached the point where he knew he couldn't get more from you. Then he would just disappear (though he might reappear under another name pretending he can get your money back, only so he could scam you again).

Edit to add:

See these search results to see how many scams involve puppies named Dacy and Sasha (note that these are pugs and huskies, but they are scams nonetheless. Your scammer is not very original with his names, and is likely the scammer behind these ads.

He is in every single city in Canada offering the same dogs for $200 but when he answer change the topic and said they are free! for an adoption and the shipping is more money! He didnt send me yet the pics i ask for and i don't even think he will! who knows, im just glad the mail he had is not my personal mail. Thanks again I report as a scam with buysell.com hope helps.
