The Heads of Government of West-African countries has directed Republic of Ghana to go ahead and release all the consignments belonging to foreign nationals . All the necessary clearance papers will be procured by the government of Ghana at the portfolio of ECOWAS. The only fee which the benefactor must have to pay is the Demmurage of the trunks since it was deposited in Chase security company where these trunks are presently lodged.
