I know that capitoltrade.com is a scam because i am a victim of it. Basically they really know about trading business but only ask you for money (based on trades for which they get information on After Hours trading for example).
There are a bunch of phone contacts and they even open an account for you, but in the end it seems very profitable but you can never get money back.
The transfers are even sent to offshore accounts in Mauritius. Please don't be scamed as i was.
The names used by them are:
James Morgan (first contact)
Brian Colleman (Accounts Receivable)
James Collins (Senior Manager, Client Services)
Thomas Jud (V.P. of Institutional Trading, (CRD)-1433412)
Samuel Johnson (Director of International Development)

If you call to their phone number, it will be understandable since they never present the company as CapitolTrade.

I can only add to the list of Capitol-trade "employees" next two names:

Patrick O’Dea (Senior Manager, Client Services)
Ishi Maeda (Client Services Support)

They are not reachable under the "office number" and always asking for a short mail to call you back.

Please be aware of the Capitol Trade

I am a lawyer and one of my clients was a victim of this fake investment company.
I will obviously take all necessary action for criminal and civil liability against the scammers.

Notwithstanding, I believe it is important that people become aware of this scam.
Please note that this company is not a registered broker or dealer and is not registered or authorised for any financial intermediation activities. It is a pure scam, involving fake documents such as bank statements and ids. All the names of the alleged brokers/other employees are fake.

The following link contains relevant information from the Japanese FSA: http://www.fsa.go.jp/en/refer/cold/
There are other useful alerts available online regarding this scam.
Please let me know in case you have any useful information.
Kind regards,
PSC
