Beats me. This ad is appearing in many places:

Want to turn 500 into 5000 (Anywhere )
I work in greendot financial services If u buy a green dot moneypak whatever u deposit I can put a 0 behind it. For example, if u put 200 on there I go into the computer system and put 2000 on there...
200 - 2000 / 300 - 3000 / 400 - 4000 / 500 - 5000

This is most definitely a scam as geniune advertiser would not make spelling mistakes as obvious is in your quote. They would swear either, whoever did this is clearly an amateur, has poor English or is very young.
The main thing which shows its a scam is the promise of an unreasonable amount of interest on any money you give them, you won't get a return just get ripped off and they get to make away with whatever you give them.

If I had to guess how this one works:
-scammer claims that as an "employee" of the company, he can alter the value of a moneypak.
-then it would go one of a few ways: either he would have you send the money to buy this moneypak (and disappear with it) or he would tell you to buy the moneypak and send all of the information to him, including codes needed to claim it. Then, instead of modifying the card, he just cashes it in and disappears.

The fact that he advertises what he claims to be able to do proves that he can't do it, otherwise he would just do it, earn a fortune and keep it secret.

He's just a scammer trying to get victims to pay him money. He doesn't need anyone to help him perform fraud. He just needs people he can steal money from, and as an admitted fraudster, he is not a person to trust with your money.

He is sunk by the flawed logic of his offer. He's a loser.

CAR ADVERTS - If a car seller mentions escrow - he's scamming you Never ever for any reason pay anything until you have seen and inspected the vehicle
