Miss. Vivian Mambo, 25 years old woman from the Liberia, parents and siblings were killed by rebels during the civil war. Fled the country and found her way to the refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. The late father (Dr. Bathrand Mambo) had been a substantial bank deposit ($3.6 million US dollars) with the English/Scottish bank. Miss. Vivian is the bank deposit's designated the next of kin (beneficiary). However, she can't withdraw the money from her late father's bank account. The financial governing laws of the Senegal states, the persons with the refugee status are not allowed to participate personally into any monetary transaction or to operate with a bank account overseas or locally. Honey, I'm happy to have seen and read from the copy of the mail you sent to the lawyer in respect of the needed documentations required of the bank for the approval of the transfer of the funds to your account. I thank you for sending a copy of the letter to me as i initially requested for transparency sake. Please do keep me informed once he responds to you. Attached herewith is the death certificate of my dad as the bank requested, i notice that i did not attach the deposit certificate of the fund in my previous mail of yesterday, please am sorry for it was not intentional but due to my non experience in down loading documents, albeit, i shall send the deposit certificate to you tomorrow.
