trying to rent a room... need help

Yes the room is still available as of right now. But i want to remind you that i am only renting it from May 1 till begginning/mid august. The room is a decent sized room upstairs and shares a bathroom with 2 other rooms, remember i will be renting these out as well. remember also you MUST provide your own furniture. Rent with utilities will be about $315 a month, unless you use alot of utilities and then it will be a little more.

actually, i preffer to know all the details up front. I have been scammed before. and so if you wouldn't mind giving me your companies name and a number i get ahold of them at to confirm this. Sorry but i like to take alot of precautions.

I have been scammed before and want to prevent it.... i tried to search the number myself, and found your webswite.... please help!

Unfortunately, there is absolutely no doubt this is a scam.

Even without the phone number (a redirect number, used by scammers attempting to hide location), it took me only 2 sentences to determine beyond a doubt that this person is NOT from the US. The mistakes in English are 100% consistent with an African writer.

The payment may be more than your deposit,never mind i will tell you what to do with the rest money when you cash it.

He is going to send you a fake check and ask you to wire the extra money somewhere before your bank discovers the check is fake (which can be weeks later, and they WILL take the money back from you even if they gave you the cash).
