100% scam.

This is a classic 419 scam, also known as Advance Fee Fraud. The scammer wants to convince you that you stand to make a lot of money--but in reality it is your money he is after.

If you fell for this scam, you would be asked to pay for fees, "demmurage," shipping, even bribes to officials to complete the deal. In the end, the only money to change hands would be yours--going straight to the scammer.
