The bank has issued a notice to contact his next of kin, or the account will be confiscated because the government has mandated/authorized all banks to freeze or confiscate any account that has been unserviceable in a long period of time, this is geared towards raising capital flight for the economy. All attempts I made towards locating any member of his family were in vain and I had to track his last name over the internet thus I contacted you.

My proposition to you is to seek your consent to present you as the next-of-kin and beneficiary to this account since you have the same last name with the deceased, so that the proceeds of this account can be paid to you. This will be disbursed or shared 60% to me and 40% to you.
