In this email the scammer would like to convince me that I share the same surname as his deceased client, notice in the email he does not mention what that surname might be, that is because he doesn't know and he will no doubt be asking for that as one of his first questions.
If you have received any email that tells you there is an inheritance waiting for you, it should be considered as a scam.
