12 months ago, but he failed to provide your banking information where the
above deposit shall be transferred into.

via the email and the telephone numbers he provided, as all our efforts to

Patricia Gates came to my office with a power of attorney supposedly from
you, claiming that you instructed that the funds should be transferred to
a bank account located in Switzerland.

The payment has being confirmed to be transferred into Mrs Patricia Gates
Swiss bank account, but I want to make sure that you are the one who sent
Mrs Patricia Gates with the power of attorney to transfer the money to her
own bank account in Switzerland. If there is no response from you, we
shall go ahead and effect the transfer to the Beneficiary's Swiss bank
account, because she has completed all the transfer statutory obligations.
