Sequel to your email, I write to inform you that Falcon Aviation Services will be in charge of paying for your travel tickets and the EDA will be acting as your local representative with the Ministry of Interior and you should note that emergency travels abroad will only be approved by the board which must have followed a written application by the employee.
You should also note that all expenses incurred by employee’s will be reimbursed after your permit have been issued from the Ministry of Interior,U.A.E and the vacation will be six times a year , long vacation and holiday vacation to enable the employee’s spend more time with his or her family and your families can be permitted by the relevant authorities if they request to visit you in the UAE.
You should comply with EDA during the procurement of permit documents with the relevant authorities and If anybody is accompanying you on this trip, we would suggest that you should send us their passport details for data storage and further procurement. Foreign Expatriates or Employees are required to lodge an repatriation guarantee which will be reimbursed by the Falcon Aviation Services after proper confirmation of employee’s custody and job performance. The agreement states that fees for professional services which will be substantiated with receipts as proof to Falcon Aviation Services to ensure that the employer will reimburse the employee to cover expenses relating to professional services not later than (5) working days after due submission of employee's expense report and receipts after the apporval of their permit documents with the Ministry of Interior, U.A.E.
This will be done after the Ministry of Interior must have issued out your permit to enable you work and reside in the United Arab Emirates because it is guaranteed that Ministry will issue out this permit to you due to documentations presented before them.After the apporval of you permit documents, you should note that the residency visa will be stamped upon entry at the Abu Dhabi International Airport after you must have presented immigrations with the copies of your Naturalization & Residency Permit and UAE identification card.
The Naturalization & Residency Permit including the UAE identification card will be sent to you via DHL after they must have been issued and approved by the Ministry of Interior, UAE Immigration Services.I shouldn’t know whether Falcon Aviation Services would pay the fees for the procurement of your permit because our agreement and policy with Falcon Aviation Services states that all expatriates willing to work and reside the United Arab Emirates under the following executive corporations must procure and process their permits with their respective representatives.
