100% a scam - they are just trying to convince you that it is legitimate by pretending another victim who has collected their compensation is mailing you to introduce the person who can get your money for you. The FBI do not get involved in arranging compensation for people.

If you have been scammed in the past then there is no one that can get your money back for you despite what they might tell you - they are just after yet more money from you.

If you haven't been scammed, what exactly do you think you are getting the compensation from Nigeria for?

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
