To The Beneficiary:

Sir/Madam,

I am Ambassador Bukun-Ola Onemola. We have been contacted to handle the clearance of your fund transfer, and we are in receipt of a wire transfer instruction/application from Nigeria for 32.053 M US$ due to you, and is pending for authentication and security clearance. Please, note that because it has become increasingly difficult for funds to be transferred from outside of America without extensive inquiries and investigations from the U.S Department of Homeland Security which handles financial matters and their possible link to terrorism, the United Nations is mandated to process and provide the necessary clearances required facilitate this transaction.

A fund Authentication, Notarization and Files Clarification to be obtained from my office is required in your files to represent all clearances needed before your transfer could be successfully completed, as mandated by the legal and banking authorities in conjunction with the International Monetary Fund (IMF).

We do request that you fax or email us at least one relevant document in your possession showing your status as the beneficiary to the said funds. Then fill the attached form and send back as well. We would then authenticate your file and issue the required clearance to complete your transfer.

This is a prerequisite and payment is for administrative charges, court fees and payment for a sworn affidavit at the UN International Court of Justice, NY to enable acquire the required certification. Your funds had arrived with an 'Executive Non-Fragmentation Seal", meaning that the funds cannot be fragmented or broken down to pay for any expenses until the funds have arrived its final destination, your bank account.

Please, request for payment details and it shall be forwarded to you. Upon making the required payment, notify me to enable us proceed with the process, and hence this is an international transaction, payment should be sent as a matter of urgency as we have up to 72 hours (or 3 business days) to keep funds in our custody after which transaction will be canceled and funds returned.
