Why he have that reply bak adress?

Scam. The State Department does not use free email domains for official business or ask for anything to be sent by Western Union or MoneyGram, diplomatic couriers do not deliver consignments to ordinary citizens, and people working in the US Government do not write like West Africans.

Consignment boxes are a favorite of scammers, especially the military ones who like to bring home money or a bonus. Only $55 for a weight fee? What a bargain! Except that would only be the beginning of the problems and the need for more and more fees for a box that will never come.
