FIFA Approved scammer ?!

hey guys , i've recieved this message as a was registered on website of soccer players and an Agent contacted me and asked me for cv and videos and medical insurance fees (500 pounds)
i thought it is a scam until i saw him registered on the fifa agents webpage .. i'd like to ask is it a scam or not ?!

It is a scam.

The person who is writing to you is not the person listed on the FIFA website.

He is using a +44 70 redirect number ,which a UK based person would not do. He also is unable to hide his poor understanding of English culture, even though he is using script.

Not to mention they didn't even do enough research to name the right company.

The fax # matches the one on the FIFA website, there is no phone # on the FIFA website. You have an impersonator that sent you a scam letter.

Besides the 44-703 numbers, the writing is clearly not that of an English person, and could be that of a Francophone or a West African (or a Francophone West African, of which there are many).
