Came across this scam - I'm sure that it will turn into an Advance Fee scam.
It seems directed to companies rather than individuals.

I am initiating contact with you regarding an urgent contract Invitation from Iraq.
My Name is Abdul Hassan, a private business development consultant in Iraq and I handle all Middle East business matters with government and
non governmental agencies.
My office is also a specialized procurement contract consultancy based in the Iraq and with substantial expertise in sourcing, contract negotiation and cost reduction programmes. We have worked in Saudi, UAE and Jordan as well as the majority of other major global business centres.
My benefactor at the new American controlled Iraqi ministry has mandated me to seek for various manufacturers/companies to participate in a
Multi million dollars worth of supply contract on Building Construction,/Medical/and General Equipments contract and supplies services.
There are also divisions for telecom,electricals,solar based projects,road/rail construction, Real estate development,transportation, travel and tourism industry, fire fighting/safety equipment, clothing, as well as food Service and catering contract.

The person concern replied (it is a Jordanian company) and they have now been direct to another known scammer posing as [email protected]
This was the email that redirected the victim
