Can you imagine how many 'poor' there are, and this bank is supposedly going to give each and every one $150,000? That would amount to zillions of dollars. Banks make money, not give it away, and in any case, the World Bank does not deal with individuals, it funds major international environmental/economic projects by giving loans to governments. The web site is real, the email isn't, and of course, the fedex address is not fedex, but a free email address from hotmail.
