How are you and your lovely family,together with your health that is
most important thing.i hope that you are doing great over there in
your country and l know that God is taking good care of you in
everything you do. For me am fine today by the special grace of
almighty God. As i explained to you before, my name is Miss Debora
Desire Tagro, I am 19 years old, single and never married, am 5ft
8inches Tall, 55kg weight, black hair and brown eyes, I am from the
Republic of Ivory Coast (City of Bouaeke) West Africa, but am
currently in Dakar Senegal for my safety.
I don't know how you will feel about this am about to tell you,i am
sorry if am embarrassing you, please i don't mean to do so, pardon me
and thank you for your understanding. Well to be sincere, i am short
of words because i do not know how to express my feelings and
situation here, and there is no word to describe it,it is almost as if
am dreaming but I know that God will help me out from my situation
here soon. Please read my below story and the condition am currently
into here in Dakar Senegal Refugee Camp which i need your urgent help
to rescue me out from here so that i will come and stay with you in
your country as i don't have any place to go since i lost my family
members since last 2011 during the political problem that happen in

November 2010 Presidential Election which President Laurent Gbagbo
lost the election and refused to accept defeat and needs the power but
his rival Alasan Quatara insists that his is the winner. But after
wasting many lives,he was captured in the presidential compound by
pro-Ouattara forces, backed by French troops and UN peacekeepers and
now he has been transferred to the International Criminal Court to
face the war crimes charges.
He caused so many deaths which includes the murder of my late
Father,because my late father was a strong politician in our country
and also a cocoa dealer as he is the chairman of the whole cocoa
dealers in our city Bouake Ivory Coast,he also has Palm oil factories
in our city Bouaeke and he served as the Minister of the Interior and
chief of staff for former Ivorian President Laurent Gbagbo before his
death on February 2011.
It was one morning in February 15th 2011 the rebels attacked our house
and killed my mother in cold blood including our house helps and
security men. I was the only one that survived because i was away from
home during the incident, and I managed to make my way to a nearby
country here in Dakar Senegal Refugee Camp with the help of the UN
united nation troops where I am leaving now as a refugee. its just
like someone staying in the prison yard as we are suffering here so
much, and I hope by the special grace of God,I will come out here
soon.
But my worries is that I don't have any relatives whom I can go to as
all my relatives ran away in the middle of the war.The only person I
have now is our Reverend Father Nouh Alexander Yattara here in Refugee
camp,he is our spiritual father as i told him all that has happened to
me he pitted for me and allow me to make use of his computer where i
am writing this message to you now, except him i don't have any access
to anything here, but I am not living with The Reverend Father rather
I live in the female's hostel because the camp has two hostels one for
men the other one for women.

We are not allow to move out from the camp gate or move around the
camp compound if not only on Sundays. There are many people here from
many countries who are stranded as i am, who lost their loved ones,
and many has turn into mad people just because of their current
situation here and the shock about the death of their loved ones.
People die here everyday because of lack of medical attention,we eat
only once in a day. Please i really need your help so that i will come
to your country to have a better life because I want to go back to my
studies as i was in my 2nd year in the university before the tragic
incident that led to the sudden death of my parents.
Please can you help me come to your country to stay with you? Can you
assist me to get an international passport to enable me come to your
country? because lost my international passport during the crisis that
took place in our country. l also lost other valuable
properties/documents during the crisis. I only have my country
Identity Card and my Refugee identity Card and also the deposit
certificate of the money my late father deposited for me in London
which am intend to invest in your country with your help.
Please i know that am not supposed to trust so quickly as we have
never met before, but it is due my current situation that left me with
no choice, as i know that you must be wondering why i trust you
without knowing you or your family, please don't be offended. Please i
want you to help me receive the the only thing i have for my future
which is the money my late father deposited for me in London, the sum
of £6.200,000.00 British pounds with my name as the next of kin as the
only Daughter. Please i need your urgent help me as God directed me to
you so that i will introduce you to the bank as my foreign Trustee who
will help me to receive the money for the investment purposes in your
country.
Because according to the agreement my late father made with the bank
in London during the day he deposited the money with the bank, the
agreement stated that i will only have access to the money at the age
of 28 years old or the money can also be transferred to a foreign
Trustee's account which can be provided to the bank by me or by my
late father in case of death.
The day i sent message to the bank,they told me that they cannot
release the money to me until am at the age of 28 years old, that they
will only transfer the money to a foreign partner/Foreign Trustee's
account according the agreement they signed with my late father on the
day of the deposit. The bank said that as soon as i introduce to them
the foreign trustee/partner whom the money will be transferred to his
or her account, that they will transfer the money to his/her account.
It is my intention to compensate you with 25% of the total money for
your services and the balance shall be the capital for our
establishment. As soon as I receive your message showing your interest
in helping me out, I will put things into action immediately and give
