LETTER OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN
ENGINEER JOHN RICARDO SMITH AND XXX


Both sides have settled this agreement in respect of the following terms that has been confirmed and established.

No1 XXX shall be responsible for the investment of the sum of $15.5million us dollars belonging to Messers JOHN RICARDO SMITH and colleague of the Syrian petroleum company Damascus in countries or where he deems fit to invest this sums of money.

No 2, That the investment done should be profit oriented and XXX will be responsible for the Funds investments.

No 3, That XXX shall be entitled to 10% of the total cost as running and logistic expenses from the commencement of funds possession.

No 4, XXX should be prepared to show the profit gotten from the investment at the end of 10 months calendar .

No 5, Marlon Pate and messer,s john Ricardo smith and colleague shall share the profit generated at the ratio of 70% for Messer,s JOHN RICARDO SMITH and colleague , 30% for XXX

N o 6, All investment shall be made transparent to all parties concerned.


No 6, This agreement is concluded by both sides and shall be effective on the date of signature of both sides .

Any other unspoken matters shall be made after consultation on both sides.
