Scammer in brief :

Miss. Favour Mendy, 24 years old woman from the Congo, parents were killed by the rebels during a civil war. Manage to get out of refugee camp in Dakar, Senegal. Late father (Dr. kuru Mendy) left an inheritance $2.3 million US dollars, deposited in English bank and Miss. Favour Mendy is the next of kin. Due a number of reasons she don't have access of the funds, mainly according to the financial governing laws of Senegal, people under refugees are not allow to participate personal into any monetary transaction or to operate an account international or locally and individual banks may have their own principles/requirements when the property should change to another beneficiary's name. The funds would be transferred to an assistant's account. Assistant's commission and allowance would be 20%. The assistant would help her to travel to your country and be free and start a new life.

She is a boy. Goes for kind girls/boys to trick them. Makes them trust him, Pretend that has large amount of money and is going to give them ##% of the money to them for their help, suddenly he needs your money to gain his money and then he probably disappears.
