This scammer is using the well known Iraqi soldier scam, but with a second persona. The scammer is pretending to represent a soldier in Iraq who wants a huge sum of money transferred out of Iraq. But there is no money they can transfer into your bank account, they only want you to pay for fees to release this non exsistant sum of money. Note that the scammer is using a +4470 re-direct number.
