This two list is what i intend to invest which generate high profit in business. But we can't do the two at a time. just one after the other. The one that we can quick generate money back and make profit presently is Estate management and Transportation Services.

ESTATE/HOTEL MANAGEMENT: This is what i intend to do by buying some hecters of land, build a resident apartment, Build Private Guest House/Hotel for travelers and foreigners, office space for rentage and shopping mall.

TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: Getting a land at each states in Nigeria for park with people can board their bus, buying buses, build an office for staff, build Guest house for passenger to rent. And can also extend the business in west Africa like Ghana, cameroun etc..

Transportation in Nigeria and West Africa generally is a lucrative business with a credible profit. We will build parks for people to board for their travelling and as well as service center for maintenance. We are budgeting eight (8) parks in the four (4) regional areas, two (2) each for a start. The four (4) regional area are NORTHERN, EASTHERN, WESTERN AND SOUTHERN.

We need office for people to buy their ticket and keeping company’s property as well as the passenger’s luggage for safety.
2. PASSENGER LODGING (GUEST HOUSE):
I just want to make a different from the other transportation business in my country. That is why I am packaging the business plan and also for the safety of the passenger who might return late at night and anybody who feel like relaxing in our guest house and that we bring in profit for us.
3. RESTAURANTS:
Just to make the best in transportation business and make the passenger comfortable when travelling on what they eat and enjoy their money
4. SERVICE CENTER:
We need a service center at each park for well maintenance and a suit treatment for our buses.

RISK MITIGATION:
As I have said early on the factors which the project might face is what I listed at the beginning of this proposal for transportation business. But I am assuring you that the risk is 2% and 98% free.
TRAINING OF STAFF:
Staff needs to be updating their skills if any new development comes up in transportation business and the non-professional staff we be trained.
FINANCIAL REPORT:
The financial is the most important aspect in starting up a business. As an investor you most check your financial strength if you are capable to handling the project.

We can equally startup the business with half of the total amount which is $54.5M or $30M USD. The total amount is the overestimate of the project budgeted.
7. DURATION OF THE CAPITAL RETURN:
The period of retuning the capital for starting up the project is 3 years.

8. PROCEDURE OF THE CAPITAL RETURN:
The financial capital will be paying into the investors account for every 6 months until 3 years and the investor will send the account details for payment.

9. SHARES AND ENTITLEMENT:
After the completion of the capital payment both of us will be entitle into shares. The procedure will be after deduction of expenditure of every 4 months, the remaining income realized for the year will be share according to the following percentage:
