The funds are contained in two trunks boxes and deposited in our vault not as containing cash rather as personal effects so the contents of the trunks are known only to me and not other person. The funds in question is $35 million dollars.

I will need to process a Letter of Authorization in your name as the next of kin to our Late client without a will who died which will be presented to the firm and i will also send you the CERTIFICATE OF DEPOSIT, notifying them officially on the change in the beneficiary status of the trunks and instructing them to release the trunks to you as the trunks were deposited by our late client . diplomatic seal and the combination numbers to open the trunks are:
101-11-3-27-MATT (please do not release this combination to anybody),
the luggage's are tagged photographic materials and personal effects, so
nobody is aware of its contents as it cannot be searched by customs or
anybody due to the diplomatic status and immunity of the diplomat.
