This Horribly Spelled - Written Email attempts to make the intended victim
believe that the FBI cannot get a package thru Customs.
He also claims affiliation with every Agency short of Santa Clause in this
wasted attempt to appear legitimate. It's almost Sad

All we require from you before the consignment will be delivered to
you is insurance certificate which will cost you only $89 USD for the
insurance certificate and international delivery permit, this is all
we need from you.
