I GOT THIS EMAIL TODAY, I PRETTY MUCH KNOW ITS A SCAM, BUT IT DOES LOOK REAL, AND QUITE INTIMIDATING TO THE GULLABLE. :yikes:

Welcome deedeewill. You are absolutely correct, it is a scam. We see these quite a bit and they can sound pretty official sometimes. This one seems to be worded a bit more creatively but strange that the supposed FBI would be giving out ATM cards for the (non-existent) monies.
