This is a truly HILARIOUS Advance Fee SCAM Attempt that is also PHISHING.
The Victim needs to reply in order to get "Payment instructions" ( this is a new
safety play by the Scammer in an attempt to stop immediate reporting to the
payment agency.)
I laughed all morning over this line alone-
