Has someone offered you a huge sum of money or a valuable consignment? It's a 419 or advance fee fraud - find out how they work, and what to do to be safe.

This is not an email from a refugee; it was sent by a scammer. The scammer is not a refugee, nor does he have millions of dollars to invest. He intends to pretend that fees need to be paid before the money can be transfered or invested. The money, however, does not exist, and will never be received.
