Hello,

I am a consultant to some major players within the Federal Ministry of
Petroleum in Nigeria and have sought to contact you as I seek to locate an
associate who would partner with us in carrying out a proposition.

Having briefly introduced myself let me in a nut shell explain the
proposition.

Due to the dwindling Global oil prices, the federal Government mandated
the Petroleum Ministry to refund some players in the sector who had
previously procured PMS for sale in Nigeria who made such purchases based
on the prevailing Global Oil prices before the Drop in prices.

Be that as it may, being an election year in Nigeria, my clients directed
that I seek and partner with a reputable person or company to have some
amount of funds moved out of the country and under the partners care
pending when they will be ready to access these funds for their personal
use after the elections.

The reason for this is not farfetched from the fact that the level of
uncertainties surrounding the forth coming General elections and its
outcome remains a matter of great concern to my clients. We shall
therefore use this window offered by the Government to move some funds
which are readily available to us out through this repayment process.

After painstakingly vetting a few personal and company profiles, I have
therefore been directed to contact you based on your impressive profile to
request that you assist in having these funds moved and possibly use your
expertise to invest in any sector in your country.

Let me point out here that you shall be entitled to between 15- 20% of the
funds depending on your level of involvement in the entire process. Please
note that this process will be totally safe and will be carried out in
line with set laws and international best practices to avoid violating any
laws as we shall prepare all necessary documents to give it all the
legitimacy a Government transaction requires. (Note that the transfer will
be designated a refund by the Government)

May I also state that is imperative that this proposition be treated with
a good measure of confidentiality not only to avoid jeopardizing the
personality/ reputation of my clients but most importantly the chances of
completely executing this.
