Hello Dear

I am a Solicitor resident in Germany. I was the personal Attorney to Mr. Souren Peter, a national of Netherlands who worked with a construction company here in Germany.

Mr. Souren Peter 52 years old made a fixed deposit of funds valued at Six Million Euros with a Bank here in Europe and unfortunately lost his life in the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH 17 from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur that was shot down by pro-Russian separatists on 17 July 2014, killing all 283 passengers and 15 crew on board as you can see on the following link:

He left no clear beneficiary as Next of Kin except some vital documents related to the deposit that is still in my possession.

Recently, the governing body of the Bank contacted me on this matter, requesting that I should notify the next of kin of my late client to claim the funds and I am yet to provide the Next of Kin to lay claims to the fund. I know that my client had no living next of kin but I went ahead and made several inquiries to his embassy to locate any of my late client's extended relatives but this has proved unsuccessful.
