Dear Sir,

We are Groups of 19 local Diamond and Gold Miners in Koroussa the
largest Rough Diamond Deposit here in Guinea.

We are seeking serious end Buyers to buy the 33kg Gold Dust we
currently have available and we are willing to deliver CIF to our
Joint Venture partners office in Amsterdam in Holland or Brussels in Belgium

Kindly persuse our FCO Attached to read and understand our sales
conditions and if you are a broker we are willing to pay you a
commision for 1500 USD per kg if you are able to get us the right
Buyer to buy this 33kg from us as a trial tranche and we are willing
to enter into a 350kg a Month Contract with the Buyer.

The final Buyer must sign our FCO as an acceptance to proceed and we
shall deliver in 1 week period of time from the day we receive the
signed copy of our FCO from the final interested Buyer.

All our legal Export Documentation shall be sent to the Buyer prior to
our 2 Representative departure with the Gold from here in Guinea to
Amsterdam in Holland.

Below are the full details of our offer.

COMMODITY SPECIFICATIONS:

a) COMMODITY: Aurum Utallum (AU)  
b) FORM: Gold Dust 33kg
c) PURITY: 92.08%
d) FINENESS: 22+ carats plus.
e) ASSAY: Final assay to be made by the buyer’s refinery after Buyer must have purchase 2 or 3kg trial tranche at our Amsterdam or Brussels Office.
f) ORIGIN:    Guinea West Africa.
g) PACKING:  Export Package Boxes or any other suitable packaging commonly used in the trade.

QUANTITY: 33kg , Buyer must start with 2 or 3kg cash payment trial in Amsterdam or

Brussels Office, A contract of 350kg a Month for 13 Months shall be signed after the trial purchase in Amsterdam

PRICE: The total price payable by the Buyer at (USD$30,000) per kg for delivery as FOB sale

Price in Amsterdam or Brussels and price shall be ( 28,000) USD per kg for the remaining

Qty to be shipped to Buyers country or choice of destination after the 2 or 3kg purchase at

our Amsterdam Office.

DELIVERY TERMS:

a) The delivery term for this FCO is considered CIF from Guinea to Amstedam in Holland or Brussels in Belgium.
b) The final assay certificate from refinery assigned by buyer to assay the first 3kg purchase in Amsterdam shall be the final proof of quality and quantity/weight.
c) We shall supply all our legal Export Documentation to the Buyer prior to shipment and Buyer must meet our Rep at our Amsterdam or Brussels Office for the 2 or 3kg cash payment trial Tranche and we shall deliver the remaining Qty to the Buyers choice of Destination after the trial tranche purchase in Amsterdam.
d) Buyer must come with his own safe Box to keep the entire 2 or 3kg Gold Dust inside and while Buyer is holding on to the 2 or 3kg inside his own safe or Box then from the Box an amount of Qty to be agreed upon between the Buyer and seller on the day of the TTM shall be fetch out of the box containing the 2 or 3kg Gold which has to be taken to a local Assay office or Refinery in Amsterdam or Brussels to enable the Buyer determine the Purity and Carats of our Gold before Buyer shall then make payment in cash and take ownership of the 2 or 3kg after he is satisfied with the Assay report of the sample amount taken out of the 3kg to Assay by the Buyer.
e) After the purchase of the 2 or 3kg trial tranche is over then the remaining 30kg shall be taken to Buyers choice of Refinery anywhere in Europe or Buyers choice of destination of which payment of this 30kg shall not be paid in cash but Telegraphic Transfer to our Societe General Bank here in Guinea in less than 72hrs after full assay at Buyers choice of Refinery

DOCUMENTATION:

All pertinent Documents concerning the exportation of the Gold Dust would be provided to the buyer before the Shipment from us here in Guinea before the TTM at Amsterdam Holland include the following:

a) Certificate of origin
b) Certificate of ownership
c) Assay report
d) Signed commercial invoice
e) Certificate of insurance from the Guinea Customs
f) Custom duties and tax clearance certificates from the Guinea Customs.
g) Certificate of non – criminal origin
h) Certificate of Analysis.

Note: Buyer is grossly required to serve the above company his letter of RWA/LOI as

soon as he confirms and approved this FCO and it must pass through his Mandate to

the company.
