buyer who can sign a contract with us and also come down to Ghana after
several safe delivery to assist in mining facilities to enable us exceed
the demand monthly and increase the amount of goods per month since the
goods are been mined with more facilities.

Be noted as a buyer you are 100% safe because every legal business
Transaction will be done under the company name, be also noted that before
we get goods shipped to buyer he has to provide us his company details,
home and Office address and also copy of his international passport, same
goes to our company as soon as you are ready to proceed all this
information’s and also copy of our receipt to export and purchase gold
will be send to the buyer.

Be noted that our real aim is for buyer to come over to Ghana, see the
goods, Visit our mining site, make shipment of any Quantity he is willing
to ship to his country with our Representative why one of the Buyers rep
will be here in Ghana until goods are paid, if buyer is not willing to
come down the below is attached S.P.A will be signed and seal by both
companies to ensure all parties are safe.

If Buyer is not willing to come over to Ghana

1.Buyer shall send us his full details and information been requested by
our firm.

2. Buyer wills send 10% cost of what ever Quantity he is willing to
ship to Ghana.

3. Seller will use the Assay test of the Gold Dust to collect a permit
from Geological Survey Department Ghana on how many kilograms he is
willing to ship.

4 Seller shall then go for the legal documentations to get the Quantity
Shipped such as:

1. Certificate of Origin.
2. Export documents from exporting country.
3. Packing List.
4. Commercial Invoice made out to: Name of Buyer
5. Air Waybill or other transport document.
6. Insurance (optional) at sellers cost if he wants to do it.

Buyer should be noted that we do not accept funds through any other means
except our company account information to ensure that if we fail to get
all mondalities put in place as been discuss , we can be easily traced for
instant refunding of any amount been spend by the buyer.

Immediately all these documentations are been paid for, Seller shall then
handle the goods to his Representative that will accompany the goods until
its cleared customs in country of buyer to buyer Destined Address.

Our Company also like sending samples of our product to buyer for buyer to
know the Quality of the said A.U Gold Dust , But Buyer should be noted
that any quantity we are sending he or she will have to send money for it
, because we have tried several samples to hoodlums who called them self
buyer but immediately they get it they off their phones and that have made
us lost alots of samples, so therefore buyer will pay for shipping cost
and also pay for the amount of samples needed. But if Buyer is buying
large Quantity he will not pay for cost of goods here in Ghana because in
that case our representative shall follow the shipment to destined address
of buyer , so therefore the only thing that will
be needed will be 10% cost of goods that will be used for documentation and
shipment of the goods.

Buyer should be noted that after respond we shall then sent him all legal
registration documentation of our company and then immediately issued an
S.P.A that will be binding the entire transaction for some period of
years.
