What this African scammer is asking is if you will pay him money so that he can steal this money that does not exist which he will share with you, now one must wonder, if he has this position where he earns money lkike this, why would he contact you and although he has not asked fo you to send your money yet he will go on to ask you to send him money, it is a a scam, if you send your money you will never see it again.
