This scam asks for a very small fee to be sent, less than $100, what could it hurt to sent $100 you may ask, there will be another fee and another, they will never stop and when you realise there is no money coming your way you will then be targeted by a recovery scam.
Once you pay money to a scammer you will be labbelled by them as an easy mark and you will be targeted mercilessly, dont sent a single cent, it's a scam designed to steal your money, delete and ignore

I have been waiting for you since to come down here and pick
up your COMPENSATION money but uptil now have not heard from
you since that time as we agreed.Then I went and deposited
the ($1.5MUSD) as consignment box with "INTERNATIONAL MAIL
COURIER COMPANY LIMITED" in Benin Republic,as am right now
in The Netherlands for my Annual leave and Medical Checkup
and i will not be back until ending of August 2008.
Now, i will want you to contact the "INTERNATIONAL MAIL COURIER
COMPANY" to know when they will deliver your package. I have
paid for the delivering charges. The only money you have to
send to them is $98.50 for their Security keeping and handeling
charges of your consignment.
