Dear Sir,

My name is KENETH DOMINGAS, age 25 years old, from Chitembo, Angola. I do some laborer jobs to survive, lost my parent when I was 7/9 years old.

One day, in the evening period I started noticing some groin pain on my hip between my stomach and thigh which is located at my abdomen ends and my legs begin. I thought it was casual pain or ordinary then it still continues, developing little by little. I was afraid to attend the hospital because I have no money and no one to run to, for help.
