Looks rather that skysquarellc.com may be legit, but skysquaresoccercamp.com is fake. The website skysquaresoccercamp.com redirects to skysquarellc.com, so it's being used for email. Could you post the headers of the email you received? That'll help the site killers kill it.

skysquarellc.com is registered for six years (four in the future) to Sky Square LLC in High Point. 1-336-306 is in Winston-Salem, but the adjacent NXX, 1-336-307 is in High Point. Scam sites are usually registered for no more than one year in the future. The address in whois, however, appears not to exist in either High Point or Winston-Salem.

skysquaresoccercamp.com is registered for four years (ending next March) to someone in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia using whois protection. Definitely fake.

This one is definitely complicated. More research is needed to get a real handle on this.

There is a registered company Sky Square LLC in North Carolina. The company was registered in 2009, and then dissolved in 2012 for failure to file the required reports. It was reinstated a few months later. The registration number does not match the one listed on the website, but the phone numbers do match. http://www.secretary.state.nc.us/corporations/Corp.aspx?PitemId=9107828

Now, it's not very difficult to register a company, but most scammers don't make that effort.

The website itself (skysquareLLC.com) is odd. It is an American company, yet the English on the website is not good. It is not consistent with an African, though, and may very well be written by an American who speaks English as a 2nd language. One would expect a professional company to proofread, but I have certainly seen companies that have failed to do so before.

However, these things all raise some significant red flags (my italics added)

The choice of words is interesting. Anyone can invite scouts--that doesn't mean they will actually attend. The statement as written does not offer any kind of guarantee that you will be seen by any scouts at all.

All these success stories, yet they don't mention a single name or example? This is NOT confidential information. A business that has launched professional players' careers would post names and success stories. And google only leads to their own published materials. In addition, there are many player bios online. Bios often include history--why is there not a single reference in someone's bio to being discovered through Sky Square? The complete lack of information to support these statements of success is a major red flag.

First class Professional Coaching.

By whom? Schools and training academies offering advanced training are marketing their trainers as much as their facilities. Visit the website of an exclusive school or training program, and you will typically find bios of their teaching/training staff and their skills. Why is there not a single coach name or bio on the website? If I'm paying a lot of money to be trained by a professional team, I would want to know who those professionals are.

People are supposed to call them for press releases? That's not how press releases work. Look at any company websites, and if there is a media section, they will have releases posted directly on the site.

BBB has a listing for a Sky Square LLC at a different address with a rating of F. Even though the location is different, the phone number is the same as that posted on skysquarellc.com.

Edit to add: The red flags are VERY significant. I can't say with certainty whether they are a complete scam, but I know I personally would not even consider doing business with any company with red flags of that size.

The grammar sounds to me like it was written by a native speaker of an Indo-European language, which one I don't know, but more likely one without an indefinite article. As to "Huge number of players has", in English one says "the majority of the men are", in Spanish "la mayoría de los hombres es". I don't think a Spanish speaker wrote it (Spanish has an indefinite article).

The address quoted does not seem to exist! There is North West Point Avenue and South West Point Avenue but absolutely NO North Point Drive! It isn't there at all.

As to the contract, it is all supposed to be for young lads to attend a training camp and not to sign their lives away. I don't think it is in any way legal as it happens and looks unprofessional with lousy English.

I would suggest anyone can attend a camp , good or bad as they are. Any so called scouts would then select ones they consider and then offer a legal contract with legal wording and with advice to the potential player.
Looks to me like a young man could go home back to his shelf stacking job at the supermarket and lose 30% of his income. It is crap !

As you see from the above photo this claims to be their office front. I can prove this does not exist. To see the full picture width right button click. The modern reinforced concrete building overhangs the office entrance and is supported on 2 columns faced with the same material as at point "a".
Point "b" shows 2 strips of transparent adhesive tape used to fix a paper or laminated notice to the exterior of the window. It is not a board because at point "c" you can see flexure of the top of the paper where it bends round the centre frame. It does not show as such at the bottom. Point "d" is the photographer in front of the car. There seems to be a company logo above the sign that says Access. The original notice could have said something completely different and the text has been photoshopped onto the rectangle. This is possible because the tape overlap on the paper shows no sky reflections. The sheet implies paper not laminate because there is no skylight reflections or is matt. Let's be honest about it just call it a typical scammer forgery.
The tape reflects skylight where it is wrinkled and the window also shows good reflections. There is no trace of any reflection on the paper so it has been hastily stuck on for effect. The background reflection shows trees and car park. Can you see it in Google? You can't because it is not there.

If you look at the Google Map you see that there are no trees in SW Point Avenue at A , you have an empty demolition site at one side and a factory on the other. No picture taken in this street could have a background resembling the one in the upper picture. NW Point Avenue is residential save for the properties by W English Road. The building to North of crossroads is a shoe mending shop. Street view down the main road shows that no building has the same tiled columns as seen in the top picture and neither would it be possible to take that picture from a frontage and have anything like the background shown.
The so called office does not exist, the address does not exist and the website is a lie
The photographer turned up at an office somewhere/anywhere- maybe at a weekend. Taped a sheet of paper to the window, took his photo. He removed the paper and vanished with no trace left.

The man at Hartness, which is at 175 Northpoint Avenue, never heard of Sky Square. North Point Drive doesn't exist. The registrant of skysquaresoccercamp.com is in Malaysia, not North Carolina, and is using Whois protection to hide his identity. I don't know how to evaluate comments and pictures on Facebook (I avoid Facebook and the like), but as we've established that Sky Square is fake, they're probably put there by sockpuppets.

Please take in what I said above. Positive comments are like fake references I am afraid and these people like lies, fakes, and forgeries. You can do your own detective work by going to the people who own the location that has been booked for your camp. SSSC would have made a block booking for the facilities in Toronto and the people there will know for sure. You can email them direct I expect. If you have feedback later then please post it.
You probably appreciate we deal with many scammers from Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, and Fake Nigerian students in Malaysia and it seems the latter is where this originates. They are not above scamming their own countrymen.
Personally, I particularly detest this because there are talented lads who try to rise above the normal, and who are decent and honest and will become fine ambassadors for your young men in Nigeria etc. Thanks for your link back. All best and hope you haven't lost your money.
