In this scam, they are using the guise of being a hospital for organ donation targeting victims who are that desperate for money. They tell the victims that they have to pay fees in order to register with a "kidney foundation". Of course, more fees will come after that. NO LEGITIMATE CLINIC, ORGANIZATION NOR HOSPITAL WOULD TRANSACT IN THIS WAY!
