My Dearest

My name is Priscilla Kouame; an Ivory Coast national and presently contacting you from the Republic of Togo. I am now a single mother of two, and of age 25. I am contacting you for an urgent assistance to help me complete my Diamonds sale in your country for my foreign Investments. I have a total of US$ 19.5 million in cash realized from the last diamonds sale; and the remaining diamonds valued a total of US$ 54 million currently deposited in a Bank Security Vault here.

After my research, I discovered the marketability of the diamonds is very high in your Country, and the diamonds sale will take maybe a couple of days! As the diamonds are fully certified, it will improve both its current value and its marketability in your Country; and the due diligence report will become automatic that potential buyers of the diamonds will have NOTHING to worry about. The estimated Value of the Diamonds which have full G.I.A (Gemological Institute of America) Certification is US$73.5 million, (calculated at current average market price of US$2, 500.00 per carat). Graded from G.I.A scale D to M; Emerald, Heart, Marquise, Oval, Pear, Princess, Radiant and Triangle (Trillion) shapes; The Diamonds are in small carats which are very easy to broker! These Diamonds Consignment and the total cash was deposited by my late husband, Martinez Kouame who was deputy of Ivory Coast’s cocoa body (C.G.F.C.C)., under Mr. Gilbert Ano (the head of the Ivory Coast’s Cocoa body (C.G.F.C.C). During the Ivory Coast Crisis in 2011, a ban was initiated on the Cocoa production and exports; which is the major foreign exchange earner for the Ivory Coast's Economy.

When the ban was initiated in Cote D'Ivoire, my husband and the head of the Cocoa body (C.G.F.C.C). as the supporters of the former president, Laurent Gbagbo; urged Exporters to ignore the call for the Cocoa ban which resulted the conditions to deteriorate rapidly; then some prominent white cocoa farmers advised my husband to convert all his cocoa productions/farms and substantial holdings into Diamonds because everyone knows that sooner or later, the new President, Mr. Ouattara would remove him and the head of Cocoa body (C.G.F.C.C). from his Government, or even worse, permanently seize all his assets and Cocoa farms. So my husband took this advice and used his considerable power to have acquired a total of US$73.5 million cut diamonds; and quickly moved out the diamonds to a nearby Country Republic of Togo, hidden in a Bank Security Vault. My husband thereafter was removed from the new government and we immediately relocated to Republic of Togo where I am presently contacting you. We relocated to this Country to complete the diamonds sale and travel to United States for his foreign investments before he was poisoned to death. He was on the diamonds sale and on his last visit to Abidjan, Ivory Coast; he was poisoned before his return.

I urgently need this assistance because immediately after my husband was poisoned to death on Jan.25th, 2014, his family forced me and my kids out of the house accusing me of his death; that I killed my husband to take away all his substantial holdings. Now, they have seized all my husband's remaining assets/properties in Ivory Coast which were not converted into diamonds, and forcefully trying to get these diamonds deposit documents in my possession to claim the diamonds which I have refused and since then I have been into hiding. I will now need your assistance to help me to ship the diamonds to a safer Country and complete the sale for my foreign investments; and arrange for me travel out of this Country with my kids to live and invest in your Country. The remaining diamonds cache worth of US$54 million (current street value) and the total US $19.5 million realized from the last sale have been in a secret hiding place in a Bank Security Vault, and safe!

I have consequently arranged to ship out the consignment of Diamonds and the cash through a Shipping company here, and I only need a reliable and trustworthy partner to receive the Consignment on my behalf. The consignment will be shipped to you as 'CONSIGNEE' and you will collect the consignment on my behalf and keep in safe custody. At this stage, you may wish to contact a Diamond Vendor in your area to purchase the diamonds. If you agree to help me, then your share will be 20% in diamonds or in cash, after the diamonds are sold.
