I received a call from 202-738-4405 (caller had a thick accent, didn't say my name right once) stating I was able to get a free $9000 grant from the government due to low income, no bankruptcy, single parent, etc to use as I wanted: school, bills, other payments. That not very many people are awarded this type of funds. I just needed to call 202-738-4446 the Accounting Department to arrange for my payment. I chose not to call the number.
