They response to your ad and agreed on the price without a bargain most of the time. There are a few of them out there. Their fraud they will send to you a fake Paypal e.mail informing you your payment are on hold till you remit the shipping fee to the so called "shipping company" thereafter permit release payment to your Paypal account. There's no such scheme with Paypal.
