Dear Sir,

I hope you are well with your family and business.

l have been able to negotiate our village local miners on your
requested CIF for gold delivery.

Kindly see below for our CIF delivery condition.

1, Miners will pay all the Taxes and export duties, document, custom
and administration cost and handling charges for the gold delivery on
CIF 50kg to 300kg maximum in first tranche.

2, Buyer will also pay for the local smelting of the gold dust to dory
bar for legal shipment which is $50usd per kg for the quantity to be
exported.

3, I can conclude this arrangement as soon as possible and prepare the
gold shipment for departure upon your approval with signed FCO and SPA
with delivery address.

4, The shipment will fly with the next available flight from Mali to
your designated address accompanied by our representative.

5, Buyer will send his full delivery address with passport copy to
prepare the taxes and the shipment in his name and send copies of the
export document to Buyer in maximum 48hours to enable Buyer inform his
refinery in advance about the arrival and time of the shipment.

Buyer or his representative can also come over to Mali to inspect the
shipment and fly with the gold from Mali with Seller representative.
