Dear All,

We monetize SBLCs from issued by 'A' Rated Banks, provide a Non Recourse Loan and return the instrument 10 days before maturity without any encumbrance.

The NRL could be upto 50%, based on the rating and on the ranking of the Issuing Bank.

TRANSACTION PROCEDURE:

1. LENDER ISSUES THE DRAFT CONTRACT; BORROWER COMPLETES, SIGNS AND RETURNS A COPY BACK TO THE LENDER. LENDER DOES A DD ON THE BORROWER AND UPON SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE DD, LENDER COUNTERSIGNS AND SENDS A PDF COPY OF THE CONTRACT.

2. WITHIN 3 (three) BANKING DAYS, BORROWER’S ISSUING BANK ISSUEs MT 799 pre advice (annexure 1) TO THE LENDER’S BANK, STATING ITS RWA TO ISSUE MT 760.

3. WITHIN 5 (Five) BANKING DAYS AFTER THE SUCCESSFUL VERIFICATION OF THE THE BORROWER’S ISSUING BANK SENT MT 799 PRE ADVICE, THE LENDER’S BANK ISSUES A BANK PAYMENT UNDERTAKING for __% of the face value of the sblc VIA MT 799 (annexure 2) TO the BORROWER’S DESIGNATED ACCOUNT TO RECEIVE PAYMENT.

4. WITHIN 3 (three) BANKING DAYS OF THE RECEIPT OF THE MT 799 PAYMENT UNDERTAKING FROM THE LENDER’S ACCOUNT, THE BORROWER’S ISSUING BANK ISSUEs MT 760 SBLC (annexure 3) TO THE LENDER’s BANK AND an EMAIL CONFIRMATION COPY TO THE LENDER.

5. THE LENDER’S BANK RECEIVES THE MT 760 AND verifies the mt 760 via mt 799 swift (annexure 4).

6. WITHIN 7 (seven) BANKING DAYS AFTER SUCCESSFUL payment confirmation of mt 760 via mt 799 swift (annexure 4) by the borrower’s issuing bank, THE LENDER’S BANK wires A non recourse LOAN OF __% of THE FACE VALUE OF THE INSTRUMENT TO THE BORROWER’S DESIGNATED ACCOUNT AND 2% OF THE FACE VALUE OF THE INSTRUMENT TO THE FACILITATOR/S (as per the imfpa attached) via unconditional mt 103.

7. TRANSACTION CLOSES.
