I have received exactly the same e-mail and Mr Nana Victor called me on my mobile as well, now he wants me to write to the chairman of the ECOWAS

it sounds dodgy to me

Welcome here GTasco.

Yes, this is a scam, so don't bother to contact anyone in this scam. Just delete the e mails you get, and they will leave you alone. THe purpose of these scams is to make an overpayment to you, either with a stolen credit card, or with fake checks, and you'll be asked to send the surplus to the scammer. In that case you be sending your own money to the scammer.
