We would like a 500M SBLC for purchase. We would like the following procedures.
1. Seller send us DOA with a bank issued RWA addressed to himself.
2. We will return it counter-signed with a BCL.
3.Seller sends preadvice.
4.We respond with the RWA/BPU
5.Seller sends the MT760
6.We pay in 3-7 banking days via MT103
