Subject: ziglofentltd : BG/SBLC PROCEDURES WITHOUT UPFRONT FEES AND
WITH UPFRONT FEES
Dear Sir,
Bellow is our procedures.
We can issue FC BG/SBLC.
We do not charge upfront fees unless the instrument value is below 500 million USD or you want us to move first with an RWA MT799.
If we are not to charge money upfront then the client must first move with an MT799 BPU or MT103/23, then once that is done we will issue the MT760 via MT799.,
But a situation where the receiver cannot issue the above mentioned MT799 BPU and rest he will go through our advance procedure where he pays our transmission charges ranging from 50,000 to 125,000 depending on the volume of the instrument needed.
We cannot work with other procedures since we are the seller/provider, and it has been approved by our bank, underwriters and our asset backers.
Upon demand i will attached our MT799 BPU DOA for Buyout and Lease our rates are in our DOA show your clients this is what we can do.
If they are serious we are ready to countersign and proceed.
Otherwise Bellow is our normal procedure.
We issue BG/SBLC at 35+2 for buy procedure and 6+2 for lease procedure.
We have two standard procedures for issuing BG/SBLC, one for 50M and above and the other for 49M and below.
With the procedure of 50M and above, we can issue as much as 2B and more.
If you or your client wants BG/SBLC of 50M and above then we can work with our standard buy and lease procedure the DOA for this procedure (50M and above) will be send to you as soon as you accept our procedure
In this procedures of 50 Million and above, After we countersign the doa, the receiver issues MT799 BPU ,or MT103/23 conditional payment as stated above we start by sending MT799 to be followed by MT799 upon confirmation of the MT799 BPU /MT103/23, some time but optional,
Before we proceed We would however require that client shows bank account statement confirming that they can afford the 1% before we proceed; the client will only pay the 1% after we issue MT799, the receivers bank will verify the MT799 before receiver pay the 1%.
After 1% is paid then we would issue the MT760 after client receives MT760 then he pay the balance 34% for buy procedure or 5% for lease. ( THIS 1% PROCEDURE IS OPTIONAL,ONCE THE RECEIVER GOES FOR ADVANCE PROCEDURE AND PAY OUR TRANSMISSION CHARGE,WE ISSUE BG/SBLC DIRECTLY WITHOUT THE RECEIVER SHOWING THE 1% ACCOUNT STATEMENT OR PAY 1% WHEN WE ISSUE MT799,BUT HE WILL ONLY PAY OUR END COMMISSION UPON RECEIVING THE MT799/MT760 AND HARD COPY)
We issue BG/SBLC from, Barclay’s Bank HSBC, Deutsche AG in the UK and from other top banks; these banks will not issue MT799 on our behalf if we have not also given instruction for the MT760 to be issued.
Our banks compliance always demands our signed DOA so they also ensure that they comply with the contract and our instructions.
Therefore after MT799 is sent you can be absolutely sure MT760 will be sent.
If receiver cannot afford the 1% or cannot show statement of account that they can afford the 1% fee or cannot issue MT799 BPU ,or MT103/23 conditional payment then they can only work with our BG/SBLC procedure we offer for 49M and below and also 49 and above 2B but will abide by the procedure as explained bellow.
This is basically procedure for clients who want BG/SBLC of 49M and below but we can use the method of 49 and above to any volume based on this procedure only.
This procedure would require the client to pay advance Liquidation, Insurance, transmission ,Handling etc all summed up to transmission charges of between 50,000 to 75,000 before we issue MT799 and MT760 on 49M and bellow but on 49M and above up-to 2Billion the receiver will be required to pay 125,000.
This procedure will not require 1% payment or bank account statements showing that client has the 1% fee/ MT799 BPU ,or MT103/23 etc.
These are our basic procedure and We only issue BG/SBLC based on our two distinct procedures as attached.
Attached is our DOA,it can be used for both Lease and buy of BG/SBLC 49M above and Bellow, only procedure amendment can be made in a situation where chose the procedure to remover 1% and bank statement or outright payment of Liquidation, Insurance, transmission ,Handling etc all summed up to transmission charges.
Get back to us if you need more understanding otherwise fill the form and return it, for us to countersign it and seal/issue the BG/SBLC asap.
Our transmission charges is as follows:
1.For instrument BG/SBLC/MT103 From 2Million to 300Million is £50,000 British Pounds
2.For instrument BG/SBLC/MT103 From 300Million to 500Million is £75,000 British Pounds
3.For instrument BG/SBLC/MT103 From 500Million to 2Billion is £125,000 British Pounds
So if this is ok for receiver we can now issue you with standard procedures doa.
Regards
D
