Requirement Documentation:
Updated KYC of the actual owner (No Power of Attorney. POA is allowed w/wet Blue Ink Signature, Initials (NO ELECTRONIC SIGNATURES CUT AND PASTE SIGNATURES ALLOWED)
CORPORATE KYCS must include Corporate Resolution document. INVESTOR/CLIENT WILL BE ASSIGNED A TRANSACTION NUMBER. Please inform Investor not to place one on the KYC.
POF (Proof of Funds), Tear Sheet, BCL, or RWA with 2 bankers signatures in BLUE INK and there corresponding Business Cards Photos.
POL (proof of life) to include clear High Definition photo of investor’s face with passport, POF and Current newspaper with Date circle in RED Marker. From a major Bank in Europe or Singapore and US.
TYPE OF PROGRAM: PING TRADE PROGRAM-PING VERIFICATION ONLY (LOA, RMA, API, Banker-to-banker verification. A second document, part 2, will be provided to client to explain further details of Ping Trade after successful compliance and trade contract is issued and signed and returned.
USE OF FUNDS: THE TRADER USES HIS OWN FUNDS, THEREFORE, LTV WILL BE 80% ON THE INVESTOR’S CASH FUNDS. IN THE CASE OF INVESTOR’S BANK INSTRUMENTS SUCH AS SBLC’S, BG’S, AND MTN’S, MONETIZATION MUST TAKE PLACE FIRST. THE LTV RATE FOR MONETIZATION IS DEPENDENT ON THE BANK RANKING THE INSTRUMENT IS ISSUED FROM.
LTV RATES RANGE FROM 65% TO 80% WITH THE HIGHEST TIER ONE BANKS RECEIVING THE HIGHEST AND LOWER RANKING BANKS RECEIVING LOWER LTV RATES.
MONETIZATION TYPICALLY TAKES 3 TO 5 BANKING DAYS. INVESTOR HAS THE OPTION OF RECEIVING A SMALL PORTION THEREOF WITH THE REMAINING FUNDS GOING INTO A BULLET TRADE AS DESCRIBED BELOW, FOLLOWED BY A 40 WEEK TRADE.
PROCEDURES:
KYC File Submission. Details of required documentation described above.
After successful compliance, Trader will email contract directly to Investor client and consultant group. A Transaction number will be issued to client.
Client will sign an IMPFA (Fee Protection Agreement for Consultants)
POF is verified with Banker-to-Banker and Ping Procedures are initiated.
Trade begins with up to two- Five Day Bullet Trades and then rolled into a 40 Week Ping Trade.
TYPE OF TRADE: (Example)
I)Client has option on 5-day bullets 5X @ 100% per day, 10-day bullets 10X @ 100% per day, or consecutive bullets together may be offered (trader will discuss with client).
J) Client can also roll funds into 40-week trade option for up to 2 - 5 years with this program.
K) Compounding funds for higher returns are also available. However, it’s critical for the trader to understand what purpose (project funding) the client wants to continue trading.
L) CASH ADVANCE UP TO 200M WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS DEPENDENT CLIENT’S CIRCUMSTANCES.
Attention
The client also will have a 6% tax treaty, because the trader is working With a sovereign group in his contractual agreement.
