Other than identifying/confirming phishing for visiting members who may have questions about a suspicious email, we don't deal with phishing here at ScamWarners.
The best thing to do with these types of emails is to report them to The Anti Phishing Working Group (APWG): http://www.antiphishing.org and to the business being impersonated. In this case, Bank Of America:

To report a suspicious email that uses Bank of America's name, forward it to us immediately at [email protected]
