I now have the confirmation that these scammers are fishing professionals with international jobs or travels on their professional networks. It is now Xing.com.
I was just contacted by a "Joseph Ngabe", with the following message:
Nobody has 0 contacts, 0 groups or common contacts, don't fall for this!
For info, I reported this to the Xing security team

Thank your for your message.
The email you received has fraudulent content and is a so called "scam message" as you alrready know. We already suspended the mentioned profile.
Scams requesting help from the sender by facilitate the transfer of a substantial sum of money or something else of value, generally in the form of an email. In return, the sender offers a commission, usually in the range of a high amount of money. The scammers then request that money be sent to pay for some of the costs associated with the transfer. If money is sent to the scammers, they will either disappear immediately or try to get more money with claims of continued problems with the transfer. There are also new forms of scams available such as lottery scams, request for help, email spoofing or by romance scam.
We hope we could help you with our answer and wish you a pleasant afternoon.
Regards,
Your XING Quality & Security-Team
