A guy wanted me to give him 11 Angry Bird Cover for IPhone 4. He said after I send the posting receipt to him he will gimme $52 is this a scam?

Any one asking for products to be delivered and they have not been paid for consider them a scammer.

This sounds like a scam, but I can't quite make sense of what you are saying. Please post the emails with complete headers. http://customerconsultantdept.usa.com just redirects to www.usa.com.
