I have received several emails from myself?? with the subject [Apple Inc] activity seems unusual......please verify.

In the header it indicates my email address as both the sender and receiver. header analysis indicates the following IP address from Aubervilliers, France. 46.105.78.239

I have never used any Apple product or have memory of any account with Apple Inc. Is there any need for me to be concerned?

You will need to change the password and recovery information. Such as test information. You will also need to change the password on the recovery email address and all other accounts (bank, Paypal, ebay, stores and etc)

Do a scan with malwarebytes and free Avast. Then do a scan with another AV program.

After you have done this notify people in your contacts that your mail account has been compromised.

The best thing if possible is to close the account after you have done the above.

It is clearly a forged header if both sender and receiver are you. Could you post the complete header ( removing your personal information first)? OVH is a scammers paradise ISP.

I think BW has the right thinking, but the reverse order of operations. Do the anti-virus / malware scans FIRST to determine if there is any objectionable software on your machine. Get rid of the malware, if any is found. Then change your pw's, security questions, etc after you are positive your computer / device is free of malware.

It could also be a simple phishing attempt from a scammer forging an Apple sender. If that is the case then likely there would be some wording in there saying "you must act fast to confirm your AppleID" and a link to click on that is not going to the real Apple people.
