It was sent to multiple undisclosed recipients, so yes it is a scam.

If you know a René, whose email address might be similar to the one used to send this, then it might be worth letting them know that their email may be compromised, as the scammer may be writing to everyone on their address book. But, it may just be a random scam attempt and they've got your address from elsewhere.
